HELP! None of my browsers work!!!

I am running an ibook G4 and os X 10.4 and now all of a sudden, NONE of my browsers will open!!! I click on them and they 'bounce' then, NOTHING - not even a browser page will open. Yet. my ENTOURAGE email program connects with no problem.
What can I do to fix this issue!!!!

Have you tried to restart the computer? Did you run Disk Utility on the drive to repair permissions?
