Help on browsers

I have no idea where this question should go. But anyways,
I was cleaning up my Mac and deleting a few things. When I came back online, some sites weren't working properly.

I can't even find an image site that will allow me to upload the screenshots. But basically, on sites like yahoo, imageshack, tinypic, and photobucket, not all of the html is working, so there are simple links, the images are messed up, etc.

And it's not running at an optimal speed anymore.
