Help on Help (10.4.3)

I opened 'Help' and there was a blank screen with just a 'home' icon and a search window.
1. The search window is not responding.
2. The 'home' icon brings the startup page. But none of the links work.

What could be the problem? How can this be set right?

Same here on the first try. Tried again and left the window open longer, now Help works as advertised.

Open it then don't do a thing for a while and it'll work. Help is really terrible...

Works fine for me. Try using Onyx to reset Help.

Onyx does something. It works now, but erratic.
