Help, Strange Tones At Start Up

Last night one of my G3 blue and whites took a dramatic turn for the worse, when trying to start up, instead of the usual start up noise there is a series of four tones, all the tones are the same, the first one lasts slightly longer than the rest.

There is no signal going through to the monitor, and I have tried putting various start up disks and depressing the “c” key and nothing any ideas!
 
According to Apple's troubleshooting, the 4 error tones indicates that the ROM is "probably" bad and cannot be fixed - replace Logic Board.
