Help Viewer crashes

Ever since installing the 10.0.3 update, I cannot use the Help Viewer; it quits unexpectedly immediately after I launch it. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it, and if so, how did you do it?
 
I haven't had that problem, but then again, I've never--not once--found any useful information in Apple's help on any system ever. I think it's safe to say that I've never seen such shabby Help, with the possible exception of some shabby shareware.

I know the Mac is supposed to be easy to use, but come on: people still need help files.
