Help Viewer is No Help

Okay, last time the help viewer was in the habit of crashing it was because of a Lexmark bug. Well, that bug is not an issue, yet Help Viewer crash and burns about a second after launching. I tried to delete the preferences, but that made no difference.
 
Try downloading Pacifist from, say, VersionTracker. This will allow you to pick out the Help Viewer from your OS X Install CD (Hopefully) and allow you to try a re-install of it.
 
I tried your suggestion, but when I put the 10.2 disk in, I was unable to find the Help Viewer to reinstall.
