Help Viewer

For the last week, Help Viewer has been crashing like a sack of potato's. I had recently re-installed (and updated) the whole system. Also, when this was happening a week prior, trashing the Help preferences seemed to fix the issue. No more...

Help Viewer is the worst app in the world. It is Apple's biggest failure.

First, it takes like 9999999999999999 bounces to launch it. (Literally, no exxageration. I counted!!). Second, if a help term is not found for the application it goes to the default system help and that just confuses people. They end up looking for "how to use toast" under help for "Finder" and they don't even know it. Third, if you close the window it quits the app then you have to wait another 999999999.8 bounces to open it again. I'm thinking of doing an rm -rf on it, lol

I think Help Viewer is in Dire need of a Trouble-shooting feature.
BTW, I got the answer to my original question here.
