Help with install

Hi, I just ordered MacOS X and it should arrive at my house any day now (believe me, the wait is killing me!!!). I would appreciate it if you all could give me some tips on installing MacOS X.

BACK UP YOUR SYSTEM.
Break your drive into three partitions.
1. Make this OS 9
2. Make this OS X
3. Put all of your applications and important data.

This will allow you to format or reinstall OS X or OS 9 with out messing with you important data. Just in case one of the OS's become corrupt. I have already done my configuration that way and it works great.

Have fun, and remember BACKUP EVERYTHING FIRST.

Thanks. I wanted to know, could MacOS X run on a computer with only 64 MB of RAM?

i think the word is it will run fine, but the classic environment will suffer since it requires so much RAM.
