help with ipnetrouter

I am trying to share the internet connection on the mac with the thinkpad using ipnetrouterx. My efforts seem to be vain.

At first i wondered whether the sppedtouch modem could be to blame

but when i used the demo of vicomsoft's Intergate it works immediately. setup could not have been simpler.

Any advice would be welcome.

Have you tried the autoconfiguration app at their website. There are also detailed instructions there. I could not figure it out until I read them.

Also, you could try Brickhouse. It's a cool graphical app to configure the built-in firewall and NAT. If you dont need a firewall, NAT is just a case of selecting the "in" and "out" ports, tick "start at boot" and click the "start sharing button".
