Help with Leopard 10.5

I don't know what I did byt now I have double log out, shut down and restart entries, and my system is running really slow. I have a 2.66 Intel duo core IMac.

Any ideas? It looks like I may have copied my user account by accident and both are trying to run at the same time.

You're seeing the double menu entries because you activated "Voiceover." Turn it off in the "Universal Access" section of the System Preferences.

Your system slowing down is completely unrelated to this issue.
