Help with Project Builder & java CLASSPATH's

I'm new to Proj Bldr and os x.

I can use the jvm from the command line just fine...I set the CLASSPATH in the .cshrc.. but when I run the same .java code from project builder, it cannot find the pkg Im trying to import. PB runs as me not root and I cant figure out how to set the CLASSPATH....any of you genius' know?

FYI:

I have read in numerous places that to set the classpath in proj bldr, you go to build settings and then click the advanced button. I dont know about you guys, but i dont have the advanced button. Am I an idiot? Please give me detailed instructions on how to find this alleged button. Im sure if you direct me to the adv button, i will be able to solve my problem.
