help!

I bought a powerbook in june....and i got the service plan..nobody told me i had to enroll it..i just put the disc in and that was it....so now i am told i need a certain number....and well, i lost the packaging..i have 2 pieces of paper...nothing has a number on it..please tell me there is something i can do to find this number!

What number? Serial Number?

Try using "About this Mac" from the pull down Apple menu - top left of screen. Then choose "More Info..." button. Browse the system profiler. Serial Number should be on 1st page.

If you bought Applecare, just call Apple or go to an Apple store. They should have a record of it.

no, its an enrollment number for the service plan found in the service plan box,which is misplaced

I didn't order it from apple.. i got it from cdw..oi vey...I have no idea what to do....

Why not call CDW. They should have a record of any warranty they sold.
