Giaguara Chmod 760 Staff member Mod Dec 18, 2007 #3 Which OS does it have at the moment? If it's 9.0 - 9.0.4, you could update it with the updater. Too bad your Mac does not have a firewire connection - if that was the case you could use target mode for install.

I see no reason an external CD drive should be a problem. I have installed OS9 using a firewire QPS CD burner in the past.
