Help?

Ever since I updated iTunes a week ago, I get this warning. I put it in the trash, hoping it would rebuild, but it didn't; had to put it back.

Any idea how to fix without an OS reinstall?

It's some kind of bug in the iTunes updater, probably one that you can ignore, unless you are actively using tethering with an iPhone.
If you just click "OK", you won't see that so-called warning anymore.

Guess I'm not alone. Thanks! Will try the 'fix'.

Edit: Fix worked like a champ! Downloaded iTunes from Apple, deleted bad kext, and reinstalled iTunes. All's well with the world!
