Help !

Hi, I am new to here. I have a problem connecting a PowerBook (OSX 10.2.8) with a Generic Print Server. I can see the print queue available, when I try to add it in, it has no response?

What will be the problem & How can I solve it?

I did add the printer driver (HP Color LaserJet 4500) & I am sure I can see it under the printer list. However, whenever I tried to add it. It just had no response. I thought was the Print Center problem but I can add a USB Printer straight away.

Is there anything I should install when I am trying to connect a print server. This print server is for both PC & Mac. There are ~ 4 Mac PowerBook here & I am the only one who cannot connect it. Even I do exactly the others do!
 
Go to Home>Library>Preferences. Locate com.apple.print.PrintCenter.plist and drag it to the trash. Close the window, empty the trash then go to the print center and add the printer.

It could be you need Print Center Repair - Depending on what version OS you have depends on what version Repair you need.
