Hidden Apps in the Dock

In 10.1 when you hid an app in the dock it would show it faded (dont remember if this was with the help of TinkerTool) but TinkerTool does not work in 10.2 and i was wondering if there was another way to enable this fading.
 
Either use the old Dock .Plist file (~/Library/Preferences) or change the new one. I don't remember the exact word to change, but it's pretty logically set up so you should be able to figure it out.
 
I beleive this should do it from the terminal:

defaults write com.apple.dock showhidden -boolean <yes or no>
 
Yeah, this was a TinkerTool setting. It just changed an option in the Dock's .plist file. Wish 10.1 hadn't disabled the "Current app's triangle is blue" option. I liked that option. Wish they put it back.
