I accidentally figured this one out while I was switching back and forth between Dashboard and Windows 2000(emulated). If you have Dashboard open, click one of your lesser-important widgets and press Command+R. It does a swirly-twist effect and resets the widget to original settings! This sort of freaked me out, as I thought something diabolical was happening to my translation widget
