Hide mounted partition icon from desktop

I've three partitions OS, Home and swap where all three appear in the desktop as icons. I'm using the swap partition only for swap. Is there a way I can remove only the swap icon from appearing in the desktop but OS and Home stay?

In Finder > Preferences > General under "Show these items on the desktop" UNcheck hard Disks. Then Open finder and Create Aliasis if the drives you want to see and drag those to the position on the desktop where you want them to appear.
