I am developing a php based site from my "Sites" folder using the apache server, at http://computer.address/~short.name/site.php. It is all fine, but if i want to do some developing while i am offline, i have no IP address and therefore, cannot view the site. I have tried manually assigning an IP address, but this doesn't work.
How can i view my php pages while i am offline?
