How can I create multipage TIF files?

I have a scanner that is connected to my LAN, and saves the scanned files as separate TIF files on a network share.

How can I get these to join into one TIF file, so that it contains multiple pages? I know Windows have a free program (Imaging) that does this, but is there a Mac OS X program that can do this for me as well?
