How can I switch keys on keyboard?

I've got a PC keyboard I got for cheap and was wondering if I could switch the Alt and Windows keys via software so they accurately represent the Alt/Command keys on a Apple keyboard. Anyone know how?

Please, no Unix terminal suggestions!
