How copy in AND outgoing mail to other account?

I use Mail and I want to automatically receive a copy of every in AND outgoing mail in an external e-mail account. I have been fidling about with rules but I only get copies of mail that is sent to me. How can I get copies of any message I send?

In preferences, you can tell Mail to automatically bcc any mail, but only to your self, which is not the account I want to have it sent to.

Any suggestions? Many thanks
