How do I connect to LAN mac without monitor/screensharing?

I just got a used PowerMac G5, but I just realized my TV doesn't have a DVI connection, how do I control it remotely/screen sharing?

It doesn't show up in the finder. What can I do to gain access to this?

You can use Apple's Remote Desktop software, or you can load a VNC server on the G5 and remotely control it with another computer using VNC client software (tons available with a simple Google search).
