How do i force a quit?

My itunes just keeps loading... i was importing... can't eject the cd or anything.

You mean force iTunes to quit? Just ctrl+click or ctrl+alt+click on the app. icon on the dock and choose "force quit".

Or press command+alt+esc to make the Force quit applications window appear.

Yes. It seems as if you are a switcher. This should be in the switchers section.
