How do I kill .SCR attachments in Mail?

All of a sudden I'm getting 5-10 emails a day with virus attempts (PC) using SCR attachments. And because they all come from new emails, junk mail doesn't filter them. I also couldn't find a Rules option that would let me scan for "SCR" file names and trash them.

Any ideas on how I can stop this nonsense?
 
You can try turning on the junk mail training mode, then marking those messages as junk. The filter will soon learn that mail messages with similar bodies and .SCR attachments are junk.
