how do i know what drive i have?

hello all:
i have a que!fire model # PX-W8432T, but i don't know the specs on it. i checked in itunes, no avail. i checked system profiler, no avail. can anyone help me?

Update to the latest version of the system. If your drive is newer than the system, the system may not be able to reference it.
 
Ah, but I think he wants the specifications, not just access to the drive.

Have you checked the mfr's website?
