Folks, i am an OSX newbie. A recent convert from Windows and I am finding it this OS very stable. There are a few annoyances but i am learning to live with them...i hear that Jaguar will fix a few of them...

Anyway, what i really need is to know how can I avoig OSX asking me if I want to replace every file when I copy hundreds of file to a folder that has the same files (the new ones have been modified and are recent, except for a few of them which is whay i am copying on top of old ones to leave the unmodified ones alone..) and yes i do want to replace them. In windows, i have a choice to replace "Yes for All" so that the system would not longer ask me. On OSX i have to answer for every file, and it gets really tiresome after a while...thanks!

If you aren't afraid of the command line, visit this thread for some instructions. Good luck, and don't erase everything in your home directory! ;)
