How do I print file directory/window on OSX?

I've been using a mac for several years and recently upgraded to sys.10. I tried for the first time yesterday to print out a file window, you know, the directory of files in any given folder or disc - and couldn't. Pressing comand P did nothing, so I clicked the "File" drop down menu and the option to print isn't even there. So I tried ALL the drop down menus - of course its not under any of them. I searched the help menu, nothing. What the heck!? I simply cannot believe that doing so is no longer possible. Thats so absurd, I figure it must be me. Can ANYONE help me out here - PLEASE! I can't send out files to printers/pubs without a file directory attached to my disc.

I downloaded Printwindows and it works! thanks so much. I'm still reeling from the fact that the option to print windows does not exist in the first place. Thats just crazy. But Bless those wonderful techies who think up fixes so quickly. Thank you thank you thank you!
