How do I remove icon on top menu?

Try command-clicking it. Then you can move it around or delete it. Otherwise, look in the preferences for that icon's service.

I installed Adobe programs and it automatically put on Menu.. Its a Cue 2 icon on the menu. You see this icon show X mark on the adobe icon. I dont care about this icon. But how?

There may be a Version Cue icon in your System Preferences with a checkbox to turn off the menu bar item.

Look in the folder Library/StartupItems on your boot volume, and see if there is a AdobeVersionCueCS2 folder in there. Move it somewhere (anywhere but inside that StartupItems folder). You will be asked to authenticate, that's normal. Restart, and that should kill the menu item.
