HELP!!!
I wanted to update my Mac Book so i downloaded the updates & then when it came time to enter my password, it didn't work. i put the install disc in & held C to reset my password...when i first did it it showed my user name when i tried to reset the password. i reset the password & then had to restart my password...well the password i entered didn't work so i went thru the same process again except this time my user name is no longer there. when i reboot by computer, it now asks for my user name & password. i now have no idea what to do so i can use my computer. I'm very new with Mac products.
Can someone help me out??
