so i have a mac, of course!
and it is setup to work on a heterogeneous network. Cool!
i can access my mac easily from winxp.
Interesting... i can actually log into my home directory. Neat! it works just as expected.
Now.. my winxp is setup with multiple accounts (users) as well.
i can log into winxp from my mac but only to shared folers / drives.
Note: these folder/drives are explictly said to be shared!
what i really want is:
to log into my account on the winxp machine and gain full access to my home directory. Just like i do to my mac!
but i don;t know how to setup xp this way!
now i'm not very familiar with window. i've used it only for games, etc.. i have intermediate level of experience with that OS.
i'd really like to know how to setup the pc the way samba on my mac is configured to do so...
thanks..
