How do I trace a lost letter on an ADB K'board

Earlier today, with no signifiCant Changes made to anything or software additions, the lower Case "C" on my ADB Keyboard stopped working on first press. If I hold it down, I get the repeats, and if I use a modifier key it works on a single press so the key itself is sending normally. Clearly, some other software is grabbing that lower Case C as if it were a hot key. The maChine is a G4 upgraded B&W G3 running Panther and I'm using an old Apple ADB keyboard I love (one of the reasons I haven't bought a newer maChine).

How do I find the ::evil:: Culprit software?
 
Excellent Call! Turning off the Copy/Paste Preferences: Clip Revolver solves the problem.
