How do you guys keep track of all your xapps?

I've finked a good number of X11 applications but am finding it hard to remember how to start them (i.e., remember the command) or even that it's installed to begin with. I know X11.app has this cheezy Applications menu but it leaves much to be desired.

Is there something akin to the Classic Launcher for X11 (presumably an X11 app itself) with stuff like tabs and application grouping?

I know I could just install KDE or Gnome but I'd really rather not on my Macs if I can avoid it...

My favourite method was to install Gnome to run from a single application launch button in the lower-left corner. This caused the least disruption to the Mac desktop since all your apps and settings are accessible from a pop-up menu from a single button that sits in the corner.
