How does an update procedure works?

Hi,

osx 10.3 will be there soon and I want to update vom 10.2 to 10.3 then.

So, how does this procedure works? I got those green software coupons, what I have to do with them? Where do I get the update?

Lots of Luck on the 'coupons', unless you purchased 10.2 within the last 30 days, and good luck with that, too. Upgrade means you purchase the 10.3 software anywhere that sells it. You can order it at the Apple-Store on line, cost is $130 (shipping included? I don't think so) If you qualify for educational or government discount, then you can get it for less. Watch these pages for the best way to safeguard your data when you upgrade. I guess the final version will still have the 'Archive and Install' option, that works pretty safely.
