How long since Install? (Uptime?)

Is there a way to find out how long it has been since the OS has been installed on the computer - as in Uptime but not since last reboot - since the current install came to life?

Do any of the Uptime apps have that feature as well? Or someway I can find out in the system somehow?

I'm not on my mac so I can't say for sure but I think that the software update log has dates.

Check the file creation date of some system files or folders like /Users/Shared which are created at system installation and not modified or replaced by Software Update.
