In Windows you can find the Flash files in TEmporary Ineternet Files - but looks like in Mac the cache is not accessible. There are a few tools but they're all Windows-based - that I've found.

How can I access the SWF file for Flash movie playing in my browser?

Thanks

Well the cache files have no names and are not in acccessible formats.

But using curl from Terminal does the trick, although it's a bit of a long way to do it. But thanks for the method!

Well, do this (works for all files).

Get the URL of the SWF and enter it in IE's address bar.

Now hit enter, but press and hold command. That'll open up the download manager and you'll notice the SWF being downloaded.

Quite nice actually. Would love to see that in Safari.

Oh that helps! Option key on my PowerBook does it.

Still one has to go into the source code to find the swf file name. There are several Windows-based tools that let you save a SWF as you might a graphic - just right click and save....

I remember a old a website grabber / downloader that you could specify to just dl swf, mp3 or anyhting

cant remember the name :( ill look for it soon then post back
