How show / hide only any 1 individual file/folder ?

I would like to have 4 visible aliases of my invisible .Trash on my Desktop
without all other normally invisible files/folders remaining visible.

I have Tinker Tool, but it doesn't permit individual changes of visibilities (?)
Only if necessary would I dare tackle Unix, Terminal and similar here.
Perhaps You know of some suitable software ?

I would also appreciate pointers to simple software or tricks for coloring icons.
I would like something more substantial than the standard color labeling.

How do ?

Grateful for help.

Thanks a LOT Satcomer !

I take Your advice very seriously, but ...
I'm curious also !

How about Rezilla ?

Can't I find my hidden file with Tinker Tool ?

Thanks again Satcomer and indeed.

I expressed myself sloppily. Sorry.

I meant:
If I know, which folder I'm into, and it isn't too crowded,
I could use Tinker Tool to visualize i.a. all the normally invisible
files/folders in the folder and select, e.g. .Trash (at Home),
and use e.g. Rezilla to toggle the show / hide bit of .Trash,
to make it nominally visible, then make normally visible aliases
of the now visible .Trash, and deploy them on my Desktop,
then retoggle the show / hide bit of .Trash,
and finally hide all normally invisible files/folders with Tinker Tool ... ?
