How to adjust screen size on Studio 21 Monitor?

I have a Studio 21 Monitor. It has no on-monitor controls that I can find for screen size, H or V positioning, etc. How would I make these corrections?

Is it the 21" Cinema Display CRT with a VGA connector? If so, the screen adjustment buttons are on the bottom of the front face of the monitor -- they face down, so you'd be pushing them upward.

Otherwise, can you specify the exact model of monitor you've got?
