How to backup by scripting

Does anyone know how I can make an script (on my desktop) that wil backup modified files from my Mac to my Windows XP Professional machine? I've got a partition with a map called "Backup Mac". There is an connection between my Mac and this PC and I already can copy files into that map. I hope that someone can help me with an automatically script that will backup and replace modified and new files once I activate it.

Hmm... well, it depends on what kind of script you want. You could make a perl script that uses rsync or cp or mv UNIX commands, or you could do it with AppleScript.
