How to cap bandwidth for OSX http servers?

I was wondering if it's possible to put a ceiling on the amount of bandwidth my OS X (client version 10.1.5). I can't really find any keys appropriately named in httpd.conf

Basically I don't want the outgoing connectiong to ruin my download speeds (on my little ADSL).

Give a try to Carrafix. It does the job for a given port, no Carracho exclusively.
