How to change "open with"?

When a disk is mounted on the desktop, how can I change it to NOT open iPhoto? For example, change it to "open with Adobe photoshop?"
 
Specifically, the "CDs & DVDs" pane. There you can set your preferences for audio CDs, picture CDs, DVDs, and blank discs.
