How to configure Single sign-on for OSX ?

Hi,

I have sucessfully bound several Macs running OSX 10.4.10 to our MS Actice Directory domain.
There were two reasons for doing this: No longer a need to maintain a local account on the Mac which we have achieved and the 2nd one was to achieve a single sign-on environment.
However, it seems I haven't achieved the 2nd part as these 'bound' mac users are logging onto their Macs using domain credentials but are still being prompted to enter their domain credentials again when attempting to log onto the Windows fileserver. I was hoping that this would no longer be required (to re-authenticate again). If you manually enter the domain login to get onto the server it is fine but a single sign-on is what I thought help with this.
I understand its something to do with Kerberos but that's all I know !
Does anybody else have any experience of SSO - single sign-on to achieve what I am trying to do and have read loads about on the internet ?

Many thanks in advance
