I have a Word document which was designed originally to be printed and filled out by hand. Now I need to change it into a Word form which can be filled out digitally. I'd ideally like to just place the form controls within the current document in order to simplify retaining the current look/feel (which can be seen in the attached screengrab sample).
Is this possible? Or will I have to rebuild the thing? I haven't been able to turn up any tutorials on STYLING a form in Word so retaining what's already there and superimposing the form controls on it would seem to offer the most common sense path...
Thanks for any advice!
