How to get Apache to send all files to Lasso

I'm trying out the Lasso for OSX beta. Under OS9, I had WebSTAR send all HTML files via the Lasso plugin, for including site-wide headers, footers, etc. How does one get Apache to pass all HTML pages via a given module?
