How to get rid of Icon on outgoing mail?

How can I get rid of the the little, blue, snowflake design, icon at the top right of my sent mail? I am using Mac Mail, and running Leopard on a Pro Mac
2x2.66 GHz Dual Core Intel Xeon Computer. Thanks
 
The icon isn't sent but can be changed on System Prefs > Accounts and you can also put pictures against anyone in your Address Book ~ they don't get sent either so you can use whatever you want as a picture for the boss etc. :)
