How to import from MS Access

I have recently prepared a accdb file using MS Access 2007, and now that i started using Mac, i was wondering if it's possible or there any way that i can import the content of that DB to a similar program on the Mac, i have the FileMaker 9 Pro Advanced and have the Bento2.

Use OpenOffice or NeoOffice

Or, export the data from the MS Access database into a format that can be read by FileMaker Pro (CSV works nice).
