how to install macosx on powerbook g4

guys i have got power book g4 17" and there's admin password on it..every time i try installing something new on it,it ask me for admin password and i don't have the password...secondly the major problem i am facing is that the mac osx cd is not available here..i mean im currently having mac osx 10.4.11 and i cant find this osx on cd....kindly tell me what to do...?
 
You need to find a black retail install disc for Tiger (if you want to stick with it) or Leopard (if you want to upgrade). Do not buy a gray restore disc; these are built for specific models of Macs and not worth seeking for your particular system. Starting up from one of these install discs, you can reset the admin password.
 
but brother im from pakistan and here i guess i wont b able to find even these disc as wel...is there anything possible online...?
