We can not help you as the Mac OSX will not install on the Toshiba. You need an Apple machine.

And if anyone tells you that it can be done, it is illegal so don’t try it.

The cause of the problem is that you are doing something that is very bad computer karma.
Mac OS X by its license agreement can only be installed on an Apple computer. (And having your Toshiba placed on top of an Apple branded computer, placing an apple on the Toshiba, or using an Apple sticker on that Toshiba will not make that karma any better)

You could either a) use whatever OS you use now on your Toshiba, b) get a Mac and install the Mac OS X there, or c) sell your Toshiba and get a Mac. Or even d) get bad computer karma by doing some google fu that would redirect you to sites that instruct you how such wrong, immoral, illegal thing as installing OS X on a non-Mac hardware could be done. I don't recommend this last option. Or e) get a second hand Mac.

We don't discuss circumventing EULAs, licenses, or doing illegal things on this forum. This is why I'm closing this thread now. Mac OS X user agreement specifically limits the hardware where the system can be installed.

(And If you'll consider Mac OS X and Apple hardware, keep in mind that the initial price is not all you have to consider. Macs keep their resale value much better than PCs. So if you stay with Macs, and you sell your old Mac every 2-3 years when you upgrade, the total you'll be spending over the years for hardware changes and system upgrades is likely to be less than if staying on the PC route.)
