How to make a bootable Mac OS X disc on CDRW???

Hi everyone,
I have no idea which files I should burn to the CDRW to make it a bootable CDRW disc, because I want to boot up a emergency disc for repairing issues like corruption or whatever. I know how to do that on Mac OS 9. But, OS X is a little different, please tell me which files I should put on CD-R for burning it. Thanks

Okay,
I wanted to make Drive 10 boot up on CD. That's why. it's OS X native, that application found errors and I have to boot it off and fix for errors.
I'm sure there is a way to make a bootable disk containing OS X. Wait and see what happens.
