How To Move Thunderbird Mail In Outlook For Windows?

How do I move Thunderbird mails from Mac to windows system in Outlook 2013. I have saved all the email data (23 GB of data) on fash drive and need to import all the mailbox in outlook 2013. Can anyone help me with this problem??

Great. I got this application and converted my thundebird mailbox to pst format. But I have another situation, I do not know how to import these files in outlook. Can you please help with that too.?? Thanks
